Members and Friends of the Bathurst Agricultural Society shall at all times act in accordance with the Constitution of the Association and in the best interests of the Association, as determined by the Executive Committee.

Honorary Members: Any person who has rendered service to the Society, which, in the opinion of the Executive, deserves special recognition, may be elected as an honorary member, Honorary President, Honorary Vice-President or Honorary Treasurer by resolution adopted by at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the members of the Society present at the Annual General Meeting at which the election takes place, provided that notice of the proposed election shall be given in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting and provided further that the honour may only be bestowed within the rank attained in the Society by the member concerned . Honorary Life Members: Conferred upon any member of the Society in good standing as proposed and seconded by members and approved at an Annual General Meeting by a seventy-five percent (75%) majority.
